How to Donate

The Shire School is a non profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code 501 C3.  The school was able to open in the fall of 2008 due to the generosity of many Northern Virginia businesses and individuals.  We are grateful for the donations which provided start up costs and enabled us to begin serving children with autism spectrum disorder.  

The Shire School is committed to tuition supporting 85% of its operating costs but is reliant on donations for scholarship, 15% of operations and continuing expansion costs which involves the purchase of therapeutic equipment, and curriculum.
